Course Description

This series class will include 4 classes (beg. 5/19 and ending 6/9) from 6:30 - 8:30pm

Vegan Gluten-Free Cupcakes

Learn how to create scrumptious cupcakes that will be enjoyed by everyone!! Learn techniques for a variety of frostings, cream filled and a basic vanilla cupcake that you can create your very favorite flavors from. All recipes are soy free as well. An $8 materials fee is due to instructor.

Amazing Raw Desserts Using Nutritious Irish Moss

The healing and nutritional properties of Irish moss are too commonly overlooked. The health benefits are innumerable for this seaweed and should be incorporated into any plant based diets, especially for vegetarians. Learn how to prepare the seaweed and use it in our much loved raw lemon bars and divine pecan pie. All ingredients are raw, vegan, gluten free, soy free and sugar free. An $8 materials fee is due to instructor.

Raw Brownies & Sauces

Cacao Tree Café's raw "messy brownie" is a decadent treat smothered in white chocolate, caramel and cacao. Learn how to prepare a variety of sauces that you can use on any dessert raw or cooked. All ingredients are raw, vegan, gluten free, soy free and sugar free. An $8 materials fee is due to instructor.

Raw Pudding, Parfaits & Coconut Whip Cream

Come see how many ways you can make vegan, raw and delicious sweet creams. In this class you will see and learn the different consistency of these dairy-free desserts. We will use a variety of flavors including chocolate, lime, raspberry, lemon, vanilla and more. An $8 materials fee is due to instructor.
