Wildtree "Veggie Medley" Freezer Meal Workshop

Life gets busy and meals are often “sandwiched” between one activity and the next. Wouldn’t it be nice to have tons of healthy, delicious dinners ready to go in the freezer to make meal prep quick and easy? Amber, owner of the Clean Plate, and I are passionate about meal prep as a family activity with food that nourishes your body, mind and spirit. Wildtree can help you answer the question “What’s for dinner?” Here’s my You Tube video link to see how much fun we have: http://youtu.be/lJTz09MD_Ho . This is how it will work:

1. Purchase a “Veggie Medley” Bundle of Wildtree products before the workshop (by Friday August 1).
2. Come to the Workshop at The Clean Plate with your freezer bags filled with designated “protein,” veggies and other ingredients. We will provide ingredients too.
3. Go home with 10 freezer meals which feed 4-6 people (with leftover Wildtree products to repeat freezer recipes or use on your own + more)…or you can split each meal in half if cooking for two and go home with 20 meals!
4. Also go home with additional recipes for side dishes and other main dishes… so you’ll have lots of ideas right away for how to use up your bundle!

Here’s the Bundle of Wildtree Products for $79:
Wildtree Roasted Garlic Grapeseed Oil
Wildtree Cajun Seasoning Blend
Wildtree Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend
Wildtree Hearty Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning
Wildtree Mediterranean Dry Rub
Wildtree Fiesta Salsa Mix
Wildtree Asian Ginger Plum Dressing & Marinade

Here’s what we’ll be making:
Quinoa Stuffed Peppers
Quick & Easy Vegetable Soup
Zesty Citrus Shrimp/Fish Lettuce Wraps
Sautéed Veggie Quesadillas
Cajun Shrimp/Mushroom & Red Pepper Fettuccine
Asian Ginger Plum Stir-Fry with Cashews
Vegetable Jambalaya
Hearty Lentil Spaghetti
Meat-less Loaf
Quinoa and Veggie One-pot

Cost Breakdown:
$79 Wildtree Products & Workshop Cost (go home with leftovers to remake recipes)
You purchase your own protein and a few other ingredients to bring to the workshop
~$10-15 per meal which serves 4-6 (+ extra products left over to make additional meals!)
$2.50-$3.75 per meal- Less than the cost of a Happy Meal!!!

We will taste delicious samples from both Wildtree and the Clean Plate after the workshop. There will be items for purchase also. If you can’t make it to a workshop, but want in on this concept (or have a scheduling conflict at the last minute), you can purchase the bundle and I’ll make sure you get all the recipes and “how to assemble” directions. You can also gather a few friends to do this at your house…and get your bundle for FREE! This is Wildtree and the Clean Plate’s first event together and Amber & I are so excited that you will be part of it!

I’ll give more specific instructions and the grocery list to those who participate 2 weeks before the workshop.

Thanks…and have a terrific and healthy day!
